At Mondovar, every item is crafted and inspected with precision to meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- For hygiene and handling reasons, custom or special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at support@mondovar.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will process it as soon as your original item is received and verified.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
